1. How do I care for my backdrops and floors?
Back to topOur drops are designed to last for years to come, but there are some tips to remember.
- All fabrics are wrinkle resistant. Premium you can hang right out of the box. All fabrics can be thrown in dryer for 5 mins on high and wrinkles will all disappear.
- All fabrics are machine washable.
- All fabric can go in the dryer on low to no heat (10-15 mins with wet to damp towel in the dryer on low to no heat is recommended to remove wrinkles at any time and post production shipping debris).

For the rubber backed floors, it is recommended to be gently swept after each use. Vacuuming is not recommended. A protective layer, such as plexiglass, is recommended for wet or messy sessions, i.e., cake smashes. Food dye is unpredictable and is not guaranteed not to stain.The floors can be spot cleaned with a wet/damp rag. If your floor becomes wet it is CRUCIAL to ensure it is completely dry prior to storage. Some have successfully used a light pressure washer for heavy cleaning (be advised there is always a chance of damaging the floor with too high a pressure).
2. What are the differences between your backdrops materials?
Back to top- Fleece: textured fleece fabric, not as soft as original, but not as smooth as the previously offered, matte fleece.
- Dream Fabric: thinner then fleece, almost as thin as premium. Lightweight, washable and dryable. Fuzzy back so it sticks to floor mats like fleece, It is a DREAM to work with.
- Premium: the thinnest of fabrics available in all sizes. Sizes 8x8' and larger come with a rod pockets for hanging. It's our most wrinkle resistant fabric. You can wash and dry this amazing fabric. It's made of a polyester blend.
- Rubber Backed Floor Mats: Our floor mats consist of a textile-pile top and a non-slip rubber mat on bottom, much like a mouse pad. These mats are a very durable, long term photography floor, that we highly recommend.
- Fleece X-Drops: this portable 8x8 fleece photo background is ideal for small group portraits, video, events, home studios, and more. The soft fleece is non-reflective and machine washable material. It is fitted with 5 metal grommets for quick setup on an X-Drop Pro Backdrop Stand. Its durable and reusable for frequent up-and-down use. You can buy the X-Drop stand here.

4. What are your production and shipping times?

- Premium ships in 5-7 business days
- Rubber Backed Floors ships in 7-14 business days
- Ready to Ship (RTS) ships in 24-48 hours
- X Drops ship in 8-10 business days
Typical production times can vary between 5-7 business days depending on material choice and may ship separately. Please contact us at customersupport@babydreambackdrops.com if you have a request or question on a delivery date. High seasonal times may effect turn times and we will update as production times change.
Tracking
Once the order is processed and printed, a tracking notification is sent immediately to your email address provided on record as soon the label is printed.

- Rubber Backed floors only available to USA and Canada.
CUSTOMS FEES MAY BE ASSESSED AT TIME OF DELIVERY TO ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDER.
CUSTOMS FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING FEES AT TIME OF PURCHASE AND ARE DUE TO THE CARRIER AT TIME OF DELIVERY.

Back to topWe have designers that design exclusively for Fine Art Dream Drops, if you have an idea for a drop, please email us at whitney@fineartdreamdrops.com. Although it's not guaranteed we can fill each request, we accommodate as many as possible.
Your Own Custom DesignWe are able to print your own design into a backdrop, click HERE for Customs X Drops or HERE for Custom Backdrops.
Digital Backgrounds / Copy RightsWe do not offer the sale of digital background on our backdrops. Backdrops purchased by Fine Art Dream Drops may not be used in the creation of your own digital backdrop for resale to other photographers, but can be used to create digital for your own personal use. Our drops are either hand created and retain the rights for printing and we retain all rights for reprinting or we have purchased the license from the original artist to reprint. Purchasing a drop or floor does not give you the same license to reproduce. Products sold from Baby Dream Backdrops, LLC or Fine Art Dream Drops remain sole copy righted by Baby Dream and may not be reproduced or copied for resale in digital or printed form.
